# How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.  You can find estimated delivery times from the carrier by following the tracking information provided upon dispatch.

Depending on the size and availability of your ordered products, dispatch and delivery times can vary. Please see below table on our typical dispatch times for common orders:

| Small orders like consumables | 1 business day to dispatch |
| --- | --- |
| Medium orders like toilet seats and parts | up to 3 business days to dispatch |
| Large orders like toilet systems | up to 5 business days to dispatch |
| Extra large orders like tanks | up to 10 business days to dispatch |
